We’re still cooking our Pork BBQ the old fashioned way here at New Market BBQ!
What does that mean to you? Well, it starts with the hickory wood we purchase by the semi tractor trailer load, burn that down to coals, then we shovel those coals directly beneath the shoulders on our pit.
This “direct firing” of the meat transfers an amazing Hickory Flavor you just can’t impart any other way, In Our Humble Opinion. Cooking Low and Slow with the TLC of our Pitmasters (yes plural, cause 3 of us know how to do everything we do here at New Market BBQ and 2 of them are GIRLS!!), makes for great BBQ that keeps our customers coming back for more every week.
