Elvis Presley Cake

Everyone asks, what is an Elvis Presley Cake? Well, if you love pineapple, you are going to thoroughly enjoy this cake!

We include crushed pineapple in the cake as well as more on top fresh out of the oven. We then prepare a made from scratch Pecan Cream Cheese frosting that is so YUMMY!

This recipe was originally inspired by our good friend and local blogger Christy Jordan of SouthernPlate.com.  She brought her family to eat with us for the first time back in 2011. Ever since, this cake has become a customer FAVORITE. We love to offer it during the holidays for pre-order.
