Our Beef Brisket is considered a Texas Style Brisket, meaning mostly a basic Salt & Pepper Rub.
Before applying our special in house blended dry rub, which is all natural, each brisket is precisely trimmed. We do NOT USE MSG or any preservatives in our Rubs.
Using a mixture of Pecan and Cherry Woods, the Briskets are then Pit Smoked – low and slow for 12+ hours – which imparts a smooth southern smokey flavor you’re gonna love!

Catered Brisket, BBQ and chicken with all their sides. 30 people loved and enjoyed. Best brisket around. Well worth our drive from Albertville. They went above and beyond. I love BBQ! So when I saw New Marker BBQ pop up on FB I had to like the page and get a day to try it! Well we did try it and it was a long ride for it but it was worth the ride! I enjoy brisket and it is hard to find around the north Alabama area! The brisket was melt in your mouth delicious ! The many layers of cheesy goodness in the mac and cheese! Yum! The baked beans also had many flavorful layers of goodness too! I can’t wait and go back and try something different!

New Market BBQ has the best tasting food. The ribs, brisket, bbq pork and smoked mac-n-cheese, are some of our favorites. The brunswick stew is great with the cornbread muffins.The strawberry cake is my favorite of the delicious desserts they serve. If you haven’t tried New Market BBQ, you should and you will be back again for more.
