Our Beef Brisket is considered a Texas Style Brisket, meaning mostly a basic Salt & Pepper Rub.
Before applying our special in house blended dry rub, which is all natural, each beef brisket is precisely trimmed. We do NOT USE MSG or any preservatives in our Rubs.
Using a mixture of Pecan and Cherry Woods, the Beef Brisket are then Pit Smoked – low and slow for 12+ hours – which imparts a smooth southern smokey flavor you're gonna love!
