Boy, what a GREAT summer we've had this year! I'm actually a little nervous about what our winter might hold considering how mild of a summer we've had. Quite unusual for our area actually, but we've thoroughly enjoyed it! How about you? Well, it's August and that means we are just a few short weeks away and our Roasted Corn will be winding down for the year and Brunswick Stew will be coming back on the menu starting first week of September.  To finish off the summer strong, we're offering a Buy 2 Get 1 FREE Roasted Corn Special! As many of you guys know, we offer 5 meats on our menu full time here at New Market BBQ: Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Chicken, Turkey Breast, and of course those yummy St. Louis style Pork Spare Ribs.  But about once a month or so, we also offer an additional meat choice or special creation just for you guys as a little something extra to try out!  This weekend we have our New Market BBQ Dry Rubbed Pit Smoked Bologna back on the menu! Ever since July 4th weekend, you guys have been begging for it, so here it is!

We'll typically sell out daily, so be sure to call in and reserve if you'd like us to hold you some till you make it out to eat with us. We're open Fri – Sat 11-7 and Sun 11-4.  Call 256-379-5525 to place your order and we look forward to serving your family SOON!
